Report on
using the set for improving the old Revell kit with square base
This LM kit is from the Revell 1968 Apollo Lunar Spacecraft kit. New Ware’s
Update set wasn’t designed for this 1968 LM, but it’s not difficult to
make it fit. This LM depicts the Apollo 17 mission and the MESA was scratch
built, as was a lot of the modifications.
Your Update set really accurizes this old kit! The gold foil has not been
attached because I like to see, and show, all the PE and Resin that was used
as well as the other modifications.
